Just an update for everyone. I tried the rebuild kit but I must not have done something correctly because I made it worse. I returned the Cardone PSP to Rock Auto and bought a Maval. While installing it I noticed hairline cracks in the 5/8 return line. Picked up some hydraulic hose and a brass 90 elbow to S curve a new line making sure there's no pinch points. Everything is installed and is leak free.
