    Previa SuperCharger

So I've just put 1,000 miles on my newest Previa and I'm not sure how to maintain the supercharger. I washed my car last week and my dad pretty much refused to let me lift the car up and check the Charger.

I know it needs oil to operate, but what kind/brand/type? Does anyone know what can happen if the Charger runs dry on oil? will it negatively impact the car or anything?

Also does anyone know an easy way to get to the supercharger and look at it/fill it up? I don't want to remove parts or anything.

Sorry for all the questions I just really want to take of this Previa and I'm only 19 so thats why my dad is being super strict about this. After losing my last one I really know the value of its car. Was actually thinking of getting some rims for this thing too any suggestions? hahah

    Re: Previa SuperCharger

On the super charger there is a bolt to remove to add the oil. Toyota dose not say when or how offten it should or weather not any service be done at all. At the Toyota dealer I work at the level gets checked and topped off if needed. But the is a customer that comes in and as us change the oil in the s/c every year, witch I don't think is a half bad idea. The oil you need can only be found at Toyota dealership. And the way we service with is to suck out the old fluid and refill it. Best of luck to you and your previa, and I hope you have fun driven .
